I have heard about Palos for dinner, wine tasting, and brunch. Am I missing anything? What days are these on? I'd like to know before we go so I can decide what order I should book these. ( I also have to book Flounders)

Brunch is on Key West day and the sea days.
Myself, I HIGHLY recommend High Tea! We have photos of the high tea and brunch offerings at www.castawayclub.com
Also, I recommend the Magicquest game show and all the theme nights, such as the 70s and 80s parties. The surial is a great adult experience (my website has more details on that too), and it's very peaceful to spend some time in the Rainforest.
