But tomorrow is Canada Day!
xD
I'm currently brainstorming different ways of celebrating.
I'm thinking of eating poutine, and singing O Canada in rotation of English, French, and then mixed.
Anyhoo, I'm actually going to have a cake, and I'll probably watch whatevers going on at Parliament Hill, should be exciting.
And then I found some humorous things to do:
Encourage acceptance of diversity by telling neighbours you have it on the best authority that a gay wedding chapel will be opening up where the video store used to be.
Fight West Nile virus by organizing mosquito hunt. Liven it up by using .22s.
Invite neighbours over, have everyone chip in 20 bucks, play Diana Krall records, last person awake gets to take the money (estimated playing time: 13 minutes).
Same thing with Céline Dion records, except last person to run screaming from room wins.
Anyhoozle, it's our 141st birthday, and Quebec's 400th. Gotta celebrate the founding of Canada in 1867.
And I think it's important the everyone knows that the 5 dollar bill is my favorite bill. Sir Wilfrid Laurier is on it, and he's my favorite PM.
