We declined the WDW insurance when we booked our package. Mousesavers gives some advice, but I don't understand the options.

Does anyone have advice on shopping around for vacation insurance? A plan you've purchased that seemed to cover all the bases, but was affordable? We have never purchased insurance before, but with the last 2 years of Hurricanes I am interested in getting coverage.

Help!!!!

interested also for up coming trip

Access America is one of the leading travel insurance companies and was recently (either last Sunday or the previous one) in the paper as one of the best companies.

Last time I checked Access America covered more for almost 1/2 the price as Disneys travel insurance co.

The rates are figured out based on the vacation price per person and that persons age. (It usually needs to be purchased within 14 days of deposit) You may want to look them up.

Also, the comprehensive plan covers more for only a couple dollars more per person...

Good luck
