not sure what to do..

My 180 day mark is tomorrow, but I'm not even sure if we are going to make the trip or not yet. should I still make the ressies for dining for the trip then cancel everything if we decide not to go? I was thinking to maybe make atleast the hard to get ressies like chef mickey, and worry about the rest later.

I would definitely still make the ADRs..especially the ones you really want! You can always cancel them if you have to, but this way you will have your ADRs secured, as you very well may not be able to get them later. I booked all of our ADRs, and we plan on changing our trip to 3 weeks later, if a new offer comes out for that time period (ex, free dining). I have also begun making ADRs for the later time period and will cancel one set of ADRs when we know for sure which ones we will be using! I worked so hard planning and figuring out ADR schedules, there's no way I was going to lose them all by moving our trip...so I planned both times and will cancel the one we don't need!

I completely agree! Its SO easy to make reservations that far out, but you might not be that lucky when you actually realize you NEED to make them down the road.
Just make them now based on the possibility, and cancel as need be.

I would definitely still make the ressies. I have a friend who hasn't even booked her trip yet, but still made ressies. She was so afraid of having no places for TS. Absolutely cancel if you don't do.. but, definitely don't take the chance of not making any..
