Not staying DVC this time!

We travel from Scotland and this year will be the first for 4years that we will not be staying DVC. After our trip last year where we experienced the cruise for the first time we decided that we wanted to do the 7 night cruise combined with a week at DVC.

Our points don't stretch to that so we decided to skip a year and roll over the points. We felt we would rather do that than bring a year forward - not sure why but it just felt right.

We are going to stay at St Petes Beach which I'm sure will be great but I'm already getting withdrawal symptoms just thinking about not staying DVC. I guess I'll just have to visit on the way past from the airport.

Scott...St. Pete's Beach is very nice, and of course on the Gulf Coast you get those great sunsets over the gulf!!

I know what you mean about borrowing points. Somehow, you feel like you're digging yourself into a hole...even though you can always plan your way out of it!
