Not so "wonderful" cruise update

For those of you that followed my "not so Wonderful September 12th thread" **** not about the itinerary folks... it was a $$$$ issue with the improper stateroom credits and the mess I had with the front desk telling me 3 times that I had $150.00 credit, then taking away $100 on the last night of the cruise because it was a mistake..... after I SPENT the money.
Anyway..... Disney finally refunded our money! It took some persistance. I didn't get anywhere with phone calls but after 2 letters to them, they agreed that they should do the right thing. I just wanted to let you all know that. I'M SO EXCITED. I would have really been surprised if they didn't because Disney is usually good about correcting mistakes. In this case it was a $400.00 mistake. (we had 4 cabins in our group)
