April. How awful for you. Dana's son (racefanof88) ended up with swine flu. They had to cut their trip short.

April, so sorry you were sick during your trip . Dallas started getting sick 6 days into our trip so we cut it short one day and came home to a confirmed case of swine flu. He is feeling somewhat better now, not fully back to himself, but better. Now, I am running a temp of 102.7 and feel like I have been hit by a truck. Dale is also starting to have body aches .

Thanks, everyone. I'm afraid I am turning into a bit of a medical mystery here today. I woke up with a swollen lip & face on one side, so I took some allergy medication & it stayed about the same. The other side began to rapidly swell at about 10:40, so I went to the doctor (my regular doctor was not there) and they told me to get over the counter allergy medication & just take that. Well, an hour after taking it, I feel no different. In fact, it feels like the other side may even be swelling again. I have no idea what to do!! I work an hour away from home, so do I just work the day out normally? Do I drive to the hospital near home? I have been to the one near here (work) & REALLY don't like it. My parents have their own business & you know the story with John & his work, so I am on my own. I guess if it gets any worse, I will go to the ER. Otherwise, I will just work a normal day.
Sorry to be such a slacker- I will start that report ASAP!

Don't worry about the TR. We will wait. Take care of yourself. I am of no help with this situation. Over the counter benedryl would be my answer so now I just don't know. I'm afraid I would want to see a dr. tho.

But, if it is not helping and the swelling is continuing you need to call your doctor's ofc and get their opinion!

BUT, IF YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS BREATHING OR SEEING YOU NEED TO GET TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM--FOR A DIRECT DOSE OF ADERLANIE! (SP)!
