How do I insert Images for my signature and pictures for the left side??

click on "User CP" in the bar above, and then "Edit Signature" for your sig, and "Edit Avatar" for the image below your name.

The instructions are pretty self explainatory, I think, but I'm sure everyone will answer any questions you have!

Oh, the images in your sig have to be hosted somewhere, I believe.
