Not seeing resort reservation on the My Disney Experience app

I had a bad experience on our last trip with the My Disney app. Partly my own ignorance, but I found the app difficult to navigate.

I see our recent ticket info on the app, but when I click on Resort info, it says **it wants to retrieve my reservation. I give it that, and it says to link reservation, which I try to do. It comes back and says that the reservation is already linked to my account. But I can't see the reservation!!! It just keeps saying (see**).

Is there a trick here to see the actual reservation? I don't want to call, because our reservation is so far out, I'm a little embarrassed - hahaha

Log out. Close the app. Re-open and log in.

If that doesn’t work, delete the app and reinstall it.

Can you see the reservation in your online account under My Disney Experience if you go to the disneyworld.disney.go.com website?

I have a similar problem...booked a package and online under my disney experience everything is there...yet on my phone it only shows my tickets. When i enter my reservation # under resorts it says it doesn't recognize my reservation # and under 'my plans" it says I have no reservations. have deleted the app and reinstalled but still only my tickets show...not my resort info. I have an iPhone 6S and this has never happened to me before...UGH !!!

Is your trip over a year away? If so then don't worry because it won't show until you're 365 days out. That's just how it works. I found this out last year. I don't think it's changed.

Thanks all. I had tried the shut off thing, and was about to do the delete before I saw G719 's reply. I thought it might be that it is just far away. I was just nervous because the tickets were there. This is also our first time just getting tickets thru disney, so just thought it was weird to see the tickets.
