Not received my EXPO tickets yet...

Bought Expo ticket on Aug 26th. Got an email that said they would be emailing them in Aug. Still have not received them.. I have emailed them twice. Checked my spam and added the address to my account. Anyone else not received them? Is there a number to call? Thanks.

hmm i ordered mine on Thursday and go them same day( even though it said to allow for 48 hours. I also emailed the D23 team as i was having trouble initially logging in and they replied same day as well. keep trying. the tickets come in PDF format and dont really look like "tickets per se but do say E- Ticket in the body of the document. So are you sure you did not get anything from them? do a search for D23 EXPO TICKETS: ACTION REQUIRED as this was the header it came under. Good luck. Also if you go into the D23 site where you ordered and logged in it will save "saved" as the tickets you have ordered previously to make sure the order went through.

I got mine..There is a link on the order tickets page to email for help. I would certainly do this asap.

I sent them an email. No response....... I have my order number.... The money was taken out of my bank 2 weeks ago. I joined D23 then also. Will I be able to get in early without a membership card? I checked Disneyshopping and my order says not shipped yet. Does anyone have a phone number I can call???

Make sure it didn't go into your junk email! The email does have the subject D23 EXPO TICKETS: ACTION REQUIRED as said before.

Make sure you bring a copy of your d23 order confirmation - it will have your membership number on it.

Good luck. I emailed them a question a couple of months ago and it took 2 weeks before an answer arrived!

if all esle fails i suggest printing your order confirmation i'm sure they will be able to pull you up and get you into the expo.
FYI i placed another order for a ticket for my mom and Thursday night and the e- Ticket did not come as quickly as my first order( still not here). But try not to stress.

just wondered if the original poster got resolution. My last ticket i purchased still has not come lol that is what I get for saying my other tickets came on time.

Two weeks and 4 emails later I finally received my tickets. It says to bring my membership card. I bought that 4 weeks ago and it still has not been shipped by Disney Shopping... Oh well. I wrote down the membership number....

This is my email.. 3 hours later the tickets were emailed.

I will send an email to the coordinator to re-send the e-ticket email out to you. If you do not receive it before leaving for the Expo you will be able to pick them up onsite. Just bring a copy of the confirmation with you.
