I can't seem to find my maintenance level. I'm eating more carbs - I'm even letting myself eat potatoes once a week and had a pizza this week too - woohoo!!

I don't know whether it's just that I'm more active or whether my body is working more efficiently now, but I'm still losing weight!!! A bit of a pain really as all my size 8-10s are falling off my waist and ending up around my hips. Not a pleasant sight, me hitching up my jeans all the time!!!

I just got my wardrobe all sorted out and now none of the bottoms fit me properly- still no problem with the chest area. I'm keeping the tailor busy tho', taking in all the waistbands as I am not getting rid of a wardrobe full of Karen Millen!!!

Thing is, I am eating until I'm full and I just don't like all the stuff I used to eat before, at least not in those quantities!!!

Just wondering whether I should go to the doctors in case there's something wrong??
 
It wouldn't hurt to check with your physician. Perhaps your body thinks you need to be a little smaller :)
 
I agree with Kath. A check-up to assure you that all is well wouldn't hurt.
 
I have always heard/read that once you get down to your goal weight you can eat much more food. Apparently your body does work much more efficiently and burns of more calories.

Personally elise, I can't wait to have the problem that you are having :teeth:

BTW is that a UK 8-10 or US 8-10?
 

A physical is always a good idea! You have inspired me to start a new post and make an appointment myself!

anyhow - definately have a physical, especially if you have insurance to cover it! take advantage of that, you've already paid for that annual service :)

How are you feeling? Maybe you have super-boosted your metabolism?

After you get a clean bill of health then I would say "ENJOY!" you will limit yourself from too much overindulgence just because you will feel yukky afterwards!

Unfortunately thats a US 8-10 - UK 10/12/14, depending on where I buy the jeans etc. In DKNY and Karen Millen I'm a loose 12, in Wallis I'm a 10 and in some of the other designer stuff I'm a 14. I'm doing all my clothes shopping on EBay at the mo as it's cheaper than getting it off the high st!!!

Actually it's probably the stress of college as I have an assignment to hand in, in a fortnight and I'm getting bogged down on Economics - aaagh!!!
 
Elise, I am simply amazed at your weight loss progress and to see that Goal clippie just makes me smile! :) I do agree though, a check up may be in order, just for your own piece of mind! :):)
