Only 5 days until we fly out to the mouse:yay: Just finalising all our itinnary and remembered advice about gettign to DC early for breakfast and to book a mornign swim with the dolphins. Can anyone enlighten me as to opening time please? Also we booked a villa in Kissimmee (just off Old Town) and never ventured to this area before so can anyone recommend eating out places around that area - thank you:cheer2: :cloud9:

Hi there

I'm not sure of the exact time Discovery Cove opens, but when we went last year, we arrived just after 08:00 and had a dolphin swin around 10:00 AM. So if you arrive around 8 then you should be OK. Have a lovely time. It is a great day out and goes so quickly !!

Technically 8.30am but really any time from about 7.45am; we arrived at 8.30am and got an 11.20am swim.

We always arrive around 7:45. This gves plenty of time to be shown to your cabana, get your wet suit and have a light breakfast before the dolphin encounter session :thumbsup2

We arrived at 8.30 and got an 1pm swim! It was great!

The water in the dolphin swim pools is much colder than that of all the others so it's actually somewhat better to have a later swim; we were FREEZING (this was in August, at 11am!).

Thanks for the replies. Looks like a plan for between 8 and 830am then.
