Not happy with online systems

Okay CANNOT wait until next Friday when we head to Orlando for 9 days of FUN!

Their are 4 of us - myself DH DD14 and Dnephew 8 - BUT online it state I alone am Checking into AKV 2bdrm - NO BIGGY - call MS and check with them and in fact they have me alone in a 2bdrm - Okay tell the CM tore enter the other guests and "he does" also tell me give it 24 hours to reflect in the system - NO PROBLEM - 72 hours later - I AM STILL alone at AKV???


Now I have been having troubles also with Dining ressie online - it tells me that my (only have 2) confirmation #s don't exist and to check to see if I entered the #s correctly - I did - and the online system can't locate the ressies - OKAY NO BIG DEAL - so I call WDW - DINE and have them check out my ressie #s and oops they DON"T exist:confused3 - Now he admits that that is a ADR type # BUT he does not see a corresponding reservation - So I tell him can he PLEASE put us in and he states "sorry NO AVAILIBILTY" - OKAY WHAT!!!! I made 2 ressies I have confirmation #s and they MUST be able to check them via time/date stamp to verify they are real right??? Well getting NOWHERE w/dining I now become VERY NERVOUS about our Illuminations cruise - so called about that and THANK GOD its in the system - all is okay at least there!


Guess my ? is do I have any right to complain for lack of a better word:confused3

Do they have to honor my dining ressies? who should I talk to?

Also since we are not on any dining plan if 4 of us checkin and the system still states one will we have any issues?(my paper ressie states 4 guest) so we will be OKAY right?


I just wish they could get things right - I don't really care too much about the dining ressies - we have done numerous trips w/o any - so really it will not ruin our vacation.

Changes (adding guests) should be reflected immediately so the MS person gave you bad information. Call back and ask for a supervisor and hopefully the problem should get fixed. In defense of MS the IT department is using an grossly antiquated program and is not competent to keep it running efficiently or the make upgrades to make it work in the best interest of the members.

At least they corrected the problem last night with the reservaton request system. The website was saying you could book a Bay Lake or Magic Kingdom view at the VGC, and a Savannah View at the BLT.

As far as check-in, as long as you are not on the DDP, you should have no problem updating the guests in the room if the system is still in error.

Good luck with your ADRs, I think the whole system is overloaded with all the free diners.
