NOT going to MNSSHP, which park to attend instead?

Hey all, it's been awhile. We're heading down for Labor Day weekend, but not going to the Halloween Party on September 2 (1st one of the season). How busy is MK during the day when the parties are held? Which park would you suggest going to instead that day?

Of all the long weekends, we've heard that Labor Day is one of the least crowded. Any truth to that?

1. Not very. Well, relatively speaking.
2. I would go to MK and then hop to another park in the evening. Or I would go to MK and then have dinner at one of the monorail resorts and then watch the fireworks from the TTC.

I have planned to attend MK on a party night because I have read that it is not as busy. We are going to go to MK until about 4 (which is the earliest the party guests can arrive) then hop to HS and do a couple rides and see Fantasmic. If we had only one day for MK though, I would want to go on a non-party night so we could do everything.

The best time to visit MK is always on a Party day. The crowds are much lower.
If you want to do MSEP/fireworks, just show up in early evening on a non-party day. MK will be crowded the rest of the day, so I would recommend any other park on that day.

Thanks all! That's the plan. We might hop over to AK as they are open the latest that evening. We've got the entire weekend, plus Monday morning, and I've been promised no Park Commandos this trip, so we should be fine.
