I really think that if you know you are being healthy and doing the best you can, a scale is best avoided. Sounds like you are doing great!
I don't have a good scale at home and wasn't using the one at the gym. I wasn't working out a lot and was eating terribly. In Feb I though "I bet I gained a little weight" and got on the scale. I saw a number on there that I never dreamed I'd see. Now I'm on a frantic mission to squeeze into a swimsuit in 6 weeks. So a scale is a good thing every now and then to make sure things don't get out of control.
If you are training for a half marathon.....wow, good luck and don't even worry about the scale. Running burns crazy amounts of calories - you go!
