not being able to transfer balances

Im trying to transfer balances on a few disney gift cards--I go to my cards and the only thing that comes up is to add cards
this is something I need to do

or is it a glitch in the system

I'm a little confused, have you added the cards to the site since they changed it in February? If they are not listed, you can add them, then transfer the balance from one to the other. I just looked and 2 of mine that I added to the site last month are there.

Please don't store cards on the website. It isn't a digital wallet and your account could get hacked, leaving you without your gift card funds and no recourse for recovery. It's a great tool for combining GC balances but it's not a bank.

Yes I am aware it isnt a digital wallet or a bank. One of the GC I have on there has $0 balance for transferring money from any future lost cards, the other has a small amount left over from the last time I was transferring balances to buy tickets. I was using it as an example as the OP said the only option was to add cards and asking if it was a glitch.

You now have to add the card and then click on the one you want to transfer it to and do the transfer - it will then delete the added card if you choose that option.
