Not attending MVMCP- How late can I line up for rides?

My family is not attending MVMCP. I know we have to leave after 7pm, but what is the latest that they will allow us to get in a line for a ride? (For example, if there's a one hour posted wait time, would they let us in line at 6:30?)

You can get in line right up to the 7:00 pm normal closing time. You'll need to exit the park directly after you get off that last attraction.

This. But don't expect that you will be able to stop to use the bathroom, get a drink at a water fountain, enter a store or anything of that sort on the way out of the park. Once it's 7:00 and you exit the ride, you need to go, and the cast member will escort you out.
