NOT Another Swine Flu Thread.....

Not me. It's snowing out and I stay put. No sense taking needless chances on the road.

what is this snow you speak of? hehehehehhee

hey I thought you were from Jersey, rumor has it that nothing stops them if they want to shop!!!

Well I do believe we have more malls per square mile than any other state. ;) I, however, am not a mall rat. I prefer local stores or internet shopping. I did have a friend post on facebook that she just got back from the mall. Apparently the roads aren't too bad yet, so I guess there is something to the rumor you heard.

yeah, ya gotta replace those sholder pads and get new cans of aqua net!!:lmao:

hehehehehe

and don't forget the cases of vodka for afternoon martinis!

Sorry to disappoint GP, I'm more of a beer girl, straight from the bottle -- no glass for me! :rolleyes1

Some of us had to work and didn't have time to get on here to slam the beer drinkin' shoulder pad wearin' Jersey gals.

And what did I do yesterday at work (cuz I know you are dying to know). I stuffed 1000 gift cards into those stupid little gift card envelopes. Christmas party is Tuesday and I'm helping HR get the employee gift packs ready. Just in case anyone is interested, the Target gift cards are easier to do than Walmart. I consider myself an expert now.

Hmmmm, are you sure you didn't substitute a "buy ten get one free" card from subway?

...of course, you KNOW what that glue on the envelopes is made of:

...everything it touches morphs into, well-l-l-l-l-l-l, YOU know....:rolleyes1

I did not lick the envelopes. Wouldn't want tongue cuts this close to Christmas (feel free to make all the comments you can think of GP).

I cannot wait for this holiday season to be over so that the CB goes back to having the normal threads. I've been using the new new rule way too often this past week.

....sooooo:confused3 make up your OWN 'NEW RULE'....;)

Where were you last week with this when I needed gift ideas for my attorneys Kimmar? :headache:

That is a gift for the swine who has everything.

I'm thinking we are almost at the point where we need "not another Christmas thread". If I can only get through this week (and the flood of after Christmas threads we'll have next week).
