Yes, I know, I know. This issue has been hashed and re-hashed and re-re-hashed to death. My question, though, does come with a little bit of a twist. What is the best way to determine "water parks and more" days remaining on old tickets? These tickets HAVE been linked in MDE.

I know that in the MDE app, you are able to see regular park days left, but I am not seeing the "and more" days.

I know that one point you could not get this information via phone or online. You had to do it in person. But, I've seen some threads and on other sites giving a phone number to call.

Another somewhat related question: on my MDE online, there are multiple tickets listed for each person. On the app, there are only 2 total. Is this a glitch?

If you wish to check from home, please email us at ticket.usage@disneyworld.com and include the following:

1 Photograph or scan of the front and back of each ticket
2 Your full name
3 Where and when ticket was purchased
4 Purchaser’s name and form of payment
5 Phone number where you can be reached during the day

Please keep the total email size, including attachments, below 2 MB. To ensure your email is less than 2 MB, you may need to compress your images or send multiple emails.
We’ll try to get back to you as soon as possible, but it normally takes 14 business days for a response.

Thanks so much....hoping I get some answers. The part that is so confusing is we had these tickets, and we ran out of the regular days, but we saved the tickets because there were water park days on there. Well, in the meantime, we have purchased other regular park tickets, and there was the conversion from paper to card and the conversion from card to MDE...

It was all so much easier with the paper tickets.

I called (IT) and they were able to tell me how many wp&m entitlements I have left for me, my husband, and our kids.
