Not able to signup for chat

Hi, I have a problem. I cannot login for the chat.

I have downloaded and installed the correct ichat plugin, created an account "MarkRG", it says the account has been created, but when I follow the link back to login and input the username and password, it gives me 'Incorrect Login' ? Any suggestions?

I haven't gotten a confirmation, but I believe I heard not too long ago that new users were not able to access the chat room. I know they are working on the problem and hope to have it fixed soon.

I hope in the meantime, that you'll explore the different boards and information available on the DIS.
