Not able to make room reservations Nov 18-19

I just booked like ten minutes ago, so it's working for me online. I also got through on the phones (though the wait was long) and she was able to book if desired. HTH! (It's 9am CST here right now.)
 
Yes NOW. It is working. It was never scheduled to be down today. It was YESTERDAY while it was to be down and was for most of us that some said they could get on.
 
I tried to pay for my existing package this morning and noticed the change in the confirmation number. It doesn't show my balance and will not let me make a payment. Hopefully it gets straightened out soon because I don't want to have to call.

I'm having the same issues - confirmation number changed overnight and there is no balance or payment button showing. Everything looks ok in the reservation though.

I really don't want to call, but my pay in full date is tomorrow, so I may not have a choice.:scared:
 

I've been on hold for twenty minutes now because I can't make FP+ reservations despite all of the account info being correct. No one seems to know how to fix it. *sigh*
