Not able to book

I'm 180 days out, but disney is unable to retrieve online my reservation so I can't book any of my dinning reservations.

Is the only way to book, by calling at 7am?

Anyone else experience this problem before? How long did it take to resolve? If I have to book by phoning, I have to go and drive to my parents, as only have a cell phone and it would be US long distance from Canada.

I can't get thru online either... it will show me times then go to error when i pick one

I was able to book at 5:30 am weird it just opened up
