I wouldn't expect a Monday to be as low as a 3, ever. Surprised it projected that, since lots of people do long weekends. When we used to have the SoCal with Sundays, we usually always stayed Mondays. Now we have to stick with mid-week...

Now, I'm really hoping Wednesday and Thursday this week are truly a 3.

Touring plans predicted today to be a 3. It was packed the entire day. We could barely maneuver the stroller. We came over to DCA at 4:30 and it's fairly empty. I would say this park is a "3." We will start at DL tomorrow for early entry and see how that it. Hopefully, it's not as overwhelming as today

Tomorrow will be a 3 before the rain, and a .01 during. Wednesday should be a 3 all day.

Touring Plans is COMPLETELY unreliable when it comes to predicting DL crowds. Not that they're any better for DW IMO.

Last year the Monday after Thanksgiving was a 3. This year was ridiculous. Hopefully the rest of the week works out better for you.

This is why I think parkhoppers are still so important even though each park has enough to do for single-park passes at a lower price. If things aren't going well in one park, it is so easy to swap big chunks of your plan for a different day and hop to the other park. In your example, I would grab FP's for a night ride in DL before hopping and hopefully come back later to a short FP line and reduced crowds.

Definitely not a 3 yesterday; when I got to the parks right after rope drop, there was a huge line outside of DL. Very little line for CA. Lines were pretty short in CA for the morning. Headed over to DL around 2 and was surprised by the comparative crowds. Still had a great day regardless.

Agreed. They've been so wrong so many times. Yet I still look for reference.

As for the Monday after Thanksgiving, I can't see that being a light day ever. Hopefully it's better today and tomorrow for you. Feel your pain - been there. Just get there early and enjoy it. Even with lines and rain, it's still better than being at work posting on these boards trying to get that Disney feeling back.

I didn't feel Monday was bad, it got a tad crazy about the time the did the fireworks. Maybe a 5.
