We may schedule a meal in Norway b/c my best friend loves Belle. I'm curious about the set-up at lunch & dinner. Do they have pre-plated entrees with a salad buffet? Is the set-up the same for lunch and dinner? I'd also appreciate any feedback about your experience. Thanks!

We frequently do this one for lunch, and yes it is a cold board buffet (salads, fruit, salmon, cheese) followed by a hot plate delivered from the kitchen for all three meals.

It is one of our favorites, and Belle is a very gracious hostess ;)

The lunch and dinner entrees are not pre-plated - you will have a choice from the menu. :thumbsup2

Thanks for the info! She's 28, but they've never been to the World (gasp!), so we're trying to squeeze a lifetime of dreams into one week. I appreciate your input!

That's right, they aren't just sitting around in the back, banquet-style. Rather, this is a quirk of Disney nomenclature

All of the character meals are all-you-care to eat. There are three service styles---buffet, e.g. Chef Mickey's; one big platter for the table, called family-style, e.g. Garden Grill; and ordering entrees off a menu, called pre-plated, e.g. CRT. This name is used to distinguish from a la carte service, where you also order off a menu, but don't get seconds (unless you wish to pay for them!)
