Norway entry requirements?

As far as I can tell, Norway is not accepting US vaccination records (yet), and US arrivals must quarantine for at least 3 days, and as many as 10. (A negative PCR test 3+ days after arrival can end quarantine).

Does anyone know how ABD is handling this? We are considering a trip, maybe ABD and maybe not.

Lol, you would think. But when I called to ask about Egypt’s requirements, they told me to call the embassy myself. The embassy does not answer their phone or return voice messages when I’ve tried. Hope they have better info about Norway.
