Northern Bloom dessert

Has anyone had a chance to try the griddle cake with peaches and sweet corn gelato at the Northern Bloom booth at Epcot F&G?
I've seen it mentioned in blogs, but was curious from some "real" folks?

I've had it in previous years and it was delicious! In fact last year my friend and I had it twice in one day. The cake and peach topping was great, but I absolutely loved the gelato. Sweet corn gelato sounds weird but in my opinion it was very tasty.

Thanks!! Sweet corn is my favorite ice cream! So my question was actually how is the gelato? Perfect! Looking forward to it.
