I'm so frustrated! After calling 3 times, waiting on the phone for 20 minutes on the third call, listening to all of the beginning stuff, I finally get a person to start asking questions and they just hung up on me! AAAAAAHHHHHHH! WDW needs to get their act together! By the time I get there next week, I'm going to be insane!
 
I'm on hold right now. I tried Disneyworld.com to keep me entertained, but the search froze up. Sigh! I'm not sure how many repetitions I can take. :crazy2:

Weird... when I called on Tuesday around 12 or so someone answered the phone right away and answered all my questions.
 

thanks for the offer - actually, they failed to give me a reimbursement when I made my change from room only to the package. also, b/c of the whole le cellier thing, I had to change that ressie to another at Marrakesch in Morrocco which only constitutes one sit down instead of le cellier's two.
