Nook users.

So, I HAD a Sony E-Reader, which was great, I used it all the time, even though it was sort of a pain to load books on. I have since purchased an Ipad, which I do LOVE, and I gave the E-Reader to my grandma.

Now, I downloaded the Nook app on my I-pad and I have about 15 books on there. Problem is, the Ipad SU**S for reading. The glare is too great and I just can't stand it. So, I was considering making the purchase of a Nook. An E-reader is absolutely worth it for me, as I read A LOT, but truly HATE reading on the Ipad.

My question is this, if I buy a Nook, is there a way to get the books I have loaded on the Nook app on my Ipad, onto the Nook? If so, how?

Yes, just sign your NOOK into your existing account. The Nook apps are compatible with many devices-and your bookmarks from one device to another carry over. I am not familiar with the IPad but is there a way to adjust the brightness of the screen on the IPad? When I read on my phone I turn the brightness way down. Go to the Nook options on your IPad and adjust the brightness from my phone (simple slide adjustment). Try that first.

This is what I do with my Nook color. The brightness level can be changed based on where I am at the time. So far, I haven't had any problems.

yes - your nook will display the books you bought for the iPAD from Barnes and Noble and it will also display all your old books that you bought for the Sony.

You simply go to the store (Sony eReader, Barnes and Noble) and re-download them for the new machine.
