Anyone have CATCHING FIRE (Hunger Games #2) available to lend on for kindle OR nook? Please let me know if you have it and are willing to lend it to me.

(hope it is okay to post this here - it is budget related since I don't want to spend money buying it)

I will have HUNGER GAMES (nook) available to lend in a day or two.

Yes! Kindle users can now lend books (if they are loanable). If you are willing to lend to me please let me know and I will pm you my email addy. Here is the amazon link explaining that they now allow lending:

I have loaned a few books - it is totally safe. You won't be able to access the book(s) for 14 days - but then it is yours again. You can only loan it once.

I've been using that one pretty much since day one. I've loaned most of my loan-able books and borrowed about 10. Seems to work pretty well although just like all the other sites, the catalog is REALLY heavy on the Free Books that everybody already owns.

It's a good way to pick one up if you miss the free offer period, but otherwise it gets kind of old to see the same book added over and over with each new user.

I only know how to do it through the amazon site - go to your acct. choose MANAGE MY KINDLE - find all your books - choose CATCHING FIRE - and the option to loan it - put in my email addy and you will send it to me.

OF course next week I will be looking for MOCKING JAY to complete my read!

Glad I stumbled across this. I have several friends with the Kindle and wanted to get one myself, but another friend kept telling me that I should get a Nook so she can lend me books.

FYI - Kindle can not lend to NOOk and NOOk can not lend to kindle.
