Nonrefundable Freedom Pass

We bought these for our family back in June, when the covid rates were low, intending them for an October and possibly December trip. Now I am panicking about covid rates and no covid precautions at the parks, since I have 2 young kids. Can the value of an unactivated Freedom Pass be put toward a future ticket? The Freedom Pass is nonrefundable and expires at the end of 2021, and with Delta variant, who knows what the rest of this year will look like.

These military passes are stated as being NonRefundable with last day of usage 12/31/21
