We tend to sleep late and enjoy breakfast around 10:30/11:00. In the past we've run into problems in the Quick Service/resort eateries that there's maybe one cold Mickey head waffle left. Are there any brunches - fancy, full service style - that happen during the week (Monday to Friday)?

Not any "official" ones, but you can make your own brunch by going to Crystal Palace or Tusker or Hollywood and Vine around that time and getting the last of the breakfast and the first of the lunch.

Since you mentioned quick service....at Pop Century one of the areas in the food court now has several breakfast options (including the bounty platter and mickey waffles) ALL DAY now. Not sure if they've done this elsewhere as well.

Grand Floridian Café offers a brunch menu every day until 2PM. So you can get lunch food or breakfast food.

Or stop by the McDonald's and get an egg McMuffin.

The Grand Floridian Cafe is my favorite to get a later brunch - food and atmosphere are great and their menu has both lunch and breakfast options so if you have people in your group who don't love breakfast foods there is something for everyone!

I didn't know Pop Century had the bounty platter available all day now! That's actually amazing.

We are making our own brunch at Morimoto Asia.
Read the menu and see if anything appeals to you.

Grand Floridian Café was really good for brunch!
Agreed. Best option unless you are going to one of the buffets during the time period they are switching from breakfast to lunch. The Grand Mimosa was really good & so was the food.20171125_202243.jpg 20171111_120046.jpg
