Non-smoking Request Honored?

we've been members since 1992 at OKW, and have always had our non-somking request honored, except once and it was our choice - they had a smoking room available -or - we COULD have waited few hours for a non-smoking room. (We arrivied about 8am, after driving all night, so we took the smoking room - next time we'll wait )
