Non PS restaurants in World Showcase

Hi
We are planning the Garden Grill for lunch, would like recommendations on non-ps places for a quick dinner in World Showcase. Any ides?

Maybe Nine Dragons in China? Not usually crowded.

If you want Fast Food, we ate at America and enjoyed it. DS's (college students) proclaimed that they had the best French Fries they'd ever tasted!

You also need to take into consideration when you are visiting and what time you want to eat. I would try to avoid around 7pm as that is the busiest time period. Early will be the easiest.

If you wanted a counter service meal, Tangierine Cafe in Morocco and Lotus Blossom Cafe in China are pretty good.

Matsunoma Lounge in Japan is GREAT for sushi if you like it.

You may want to make a PS as a back up. We were there the 1st week of Dec. - Slow Season. At LeCellier and San Angels the CMs were turning people away for the rest of the night and we were eating around 6:00. We were thankful that we had PSs both nights.

You can always cancel.

Personally we like to snack our way around EPCOT. We get nachos in Mexico cantina, yakitori in Japan, pastries in France, etc.

As far as counter service places we like Yakitori in Japan. DH ate in Morocco at the Tangerine (sp?) place and his food looked great but the kids and I aren't into that type of food. I have also heard many people rave about the Fish and Chips in the UK. But we are usually too full by the time we make it around to the UK and so have never tried it. Next time we will have to go Counter clockwise around World Showcase!
