Requests and offers for exchanges are pointless. I don't know of any site that allows it. If there was one, I bet they realized how pointless it was very, very quickly.

There are FB groups established for different months (ie December 2015) that often allow this & have a file for (ISO - in search of) in the pinned post to allow members to swap ADRs without clogging the feed.

I belong to 2 groups. There are a few. We aren't allowed to post FB links on the DIS, but play around a bit with the search on FB & you should hit on one.

If a link is prohibited, then trying to bypass or avoid the filter is also a violation of the rules here.
