I think DH might need more help than me. I always tell him not to tuck in his shirt. He has a "beer belly". He insists on tucking, I think it just emphasizes the belly.
What should he do?
He's also not very tall. Ummm, 5'6 or so. Which is why I don't wear heels, ever.
Hi Jen I'm around too. Don't know how you can miss me.
I don't know how warm it is in Philly today, but I would still wear boots into the 60s. Once it hits 70s, that's when I pull out my sandals. I like chunky sandals with jeans. My jeans tend to be a bit long so it's hard to wear flats with most of them. I do have pair of ballet flats that I can wear with one or two pairs of jeans. But, if I'm just schlepping around I have a pair of speedos sandals that I just love. They're more sporty so they would only go with a t-shirt, not a blouse or frilly shirt.
I thought you all may like this, it's a Mom Jeans skit by Saturday Night Live. http://www.devilducky.com/media/30138/ If it's not okay to put the link in, please let me know or delete.
I just got 5 pair of non-mom jeans from my 19 yo DD. They were too big for her.
I have a pair of Harley Davidson low cut semi-boots that I wear with mine. My DH got them for me for Christmas. I love them. When it's warmer I have a great pair of Harley sandals that I love. Other days if I reallly want to be comfortable I wear my black Capezio canvas dance sneakers. They are the most comfortable pair of sneakers. Especially right now, it is the only thing I can get my right foot into after twisting my ankle 2 1/2 weeks ago.
After being in an ankle support for that long, it was great to get a regular shoe on my foot.
