Non hopping tickets can re-enter the parks. If your staying on property take advantage of the extra park hours. This way in case you leave and want to come back later on you have the option for extra time.

If you have ADR's for inside any of the parks, you may want to make sure you are in that particular park for that day, so you don't have to use any other day's tickets.

No, sorry, this is incorrect. If you don't have the park hopping option, you CAN'T go into a second park that same day. Disney's almighty computers will not allow that to happen.

Let's say you go to MK today. You can come and go in and out of MK today as much as you please. But if tonight you decide to check out Epcot, you won't get throught the turnstile.

Non-hoppers entitle you to one theme park per day. So in other words, you can't buy a 2-day non-hopper today and use it up by going to 2 different parks today.

Yeh, in terms of fun and nice things, there's nothing more frustrating than being told incorrect information "from the horse's mouth." I've seen it time and time again that some info reported by CMs is correctly contradicted by the collected wisdom on this board. Even for the most dedicated and knowledgable CMs, for them it's still just a job. For us it's a PASSION. I think that's just natural. Now, if you find a CM who is as passionate about WDW as we are ... well then, JACKPOT!!! {Thank you Tyler!!!}

The other thing, in fairness to the CMs we speak with (as opposed to all CMs overall), their areas of specialty are resort accommodations and dining reservations. I would be surprised to hear that people get a substantial amount of incorrect about those subjects when calling CRO. But beyond that, I'm sure they have some training and knowledge but may not have an encyclopedic knowledge of the esoterica, the minutiae.

When I have a question, I actually come HERE first. If it's about resort accommodations or dining reservations I call to double-check. If it's not about those subjects, I try to e-mail the proper department at WDW, and hope to get a correct response from someone in-the-know.
