Non Expiring Universal Park Ticket

Hi

I really do not know much about Universal i am a Disney person....but a few years ago probably 5? I bought a non expiring Universal Park ticket I think I have one day left for four people and might use it on are free day this year while at Disney. Is there anyway to check and see online if there is still a day left or do I have to call? Also we are staying on site at Disney does Disney offer a bus to Universal I thought I read somewhere they did?

The safest thing to do with the ticket is to call Guest Services and get them to check the bar code to see if the ticket is still good. Disney doesn't offer any transportation to other theme parks but their own but Mears Transportation offers shuttle service to and from all the theme parks. Check out their link below:
