we are doing the land/sea and have 5 day park hoppers and will only be using 3 days worth..if I want to add on the non-exiration option, do I pay for all 5 days or jus the 2 I am not using. Family lives in Fl and we go yearly. Also, we have a group of 10 going, can I add on to some of the others to use them i the following years? It would work out as a better deal for us, if we go frequently

I have never done a land/sea package, but I know for regular tickets, you are paying a set price to upgrade the 5-day tickets to non-expiring.

It is not based on how many days you are or aren't using.

However, if you go every year, I would suggest looking into upgrading to 10-day non-expiring tickets.

The bulk of the cost of Disney tickets comes in the first three days pricing.

So to save money on future tickets and lock in today's pricing, I would bump to 10-day.

And if you like the water parks and Disney Quest, I would even add the WaterParks and More option as well.

Of course, it depends on whether you have the finances to put out those up-front costs.

Just a suggestion and something to consider. Hope this helps answer your question at least!!!

If your next trip will be less than 364 days from this one, An annual pass may be worth it. Especially when you factor in pass holder discounts.

of adding the non expiration option for a five day ticket is $70. As pointed out above the majority of the cost is in the first couple of days. The difference in cost between a base three day ticket and a four day is just $7. Between a four and five day base it's only $3. If you're looking at going for multiple days on your next trip it's not worth it to get the non expiration option. If you want to pop in for a couple of days it may be worthwhile. A two day base ticket is $149 for an adult. So adding the non expiration option and then buying another two day ticket is $219. Buying a four day ticket today is also $219 but you don't have the risk of losing the older ticket.

>>> ... can I add on to some of the others to use them in the following years?
Don't forget that, while you could add on to everyone's tickets, only the original user may resume using each ticket.

Don't wait too long to decide what you want to add on. After 14 days, the used ticket may no longer be upgraded.
