Non-disney transportation?

I'll be travelling to WDW with a rather large group (16). We will be staying at ASMo and were planning on spending a couple of days at Universal and Sea World. Does anyone know of any viable options for transportation from Disney to these other parks. We were hoping not to have to rent vehicles but the scheduled Mears transportation would come to around $225/day. That seems a little excessive. If anyone has any info on this I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

Could you rent a couple cars/vans for a couple days at one of the onsite rental agencies? I got a one day rental for an intermediate car for $35... sounds like it would be cheaper than Mears.

I know I've read on here that Lynx picks up at TTC and goes to Universal and Sea World. Much less expensive than Mears. Hopefully someone will have specific info for you.
