Non-Disney breakfast restaurants?

I'm curious if anyone has a favorite place to go early mornings, sit down and have a nice breakfast and good coffee in the WDW area? I have fond memories of the IHOP across the street from Disneyland. We fueled up there every morning before the parks, it was cheaper and the food/coffee better than Disney breakfast offerings frequently are.

We are staying at several Disney resorts (split stays) and will have a rental car. I've heard Denny's has gone way downhill lately. I'm not from the east coast so may be unaware of a good, reasonably priced, clean chain in the WDW area. Fast food drivethrus would also be an option, but again, not familiar with all the chains and if their food is edible.

I'm dreading the thought of fighting crowds at resort food courts, and cannot call Nescafe coffee!

Cracker Barrel has really good breakfast, good bargain too! I know there are several in the Disney vicinity.

That sounds good! I've eaten there once, over by Daytona. The biscuits and gravy were delish......Didn't realize there would be some near Disney. Thanks!

We like Bob Evans for breakfast. Its on 192 west, and you can take the backway Sherbeth Road back to Disney Property.

Perkins is right across the street from the Hotel Drive entrance. We ate there yesterday and the food and service were very good. They bring a big pot of fresh coffee and leave on the table so you don't have to wait on someone to refill your cup. Love that!

There is a really great breakfast buffet in the Marriott World Center....great options including make your own omelets and waffles!

Yeah, love the Perkins at Crossroads outside the DTD Hotel Plaza entrance. Good dinners there, too!
