any full service bar can do this...and you're charged less for it than one with the booze in it....so you can go to the terrritory lounge at WL for one.

DVCconvert is correct. Any place that serves pina coladas will also serve the virgin type. Our favorite place for these is the Polynesian Resort. Just seems to fit well with the atmosphere.
