Do most of the bars serve O'Doules or something like it?

I'm particularly interested in the Dawa Bar. I love a cold one while I watch the parade, but alas, due to medication, I cannot have alcohol.

And for you real-beer drinkers - don't flame me. Just share my pain . . .

Who manufacturer's Dawa?

Sorry I confused you! LOL! The Dawa Bar is a place in Harambe. We love to sit here and wait for the parade. If folks don't line up in front of you (and - *sigh* - they always do) you can sit and enjoy a cold drink while the parade goes by.

Oh no... :sad2: That is terrible.

What if you "drink" some real, good beer and just spit it out in a bucket like people do for wine tasting! ;) At least it would taste better.....

I do feel your pain. I drank O'Doules during each of my 3 pregnancies when I wanted to have a beer. Most of the time I didn't want one, just those times like when a big group of us would get together and go out for pizza. Another time was eating crawfish which anyone who eats them knows drinking a cold one with them is just tradition. So I know what you mean about being your tradition while watching the parade. You'll be in WDW after all so use your imagination and pretend it's the real thing. Your health is most important. :yay:

someone told me odouls had some alcohol in it, is this true?

It is NON-ALCOHOLIC it tastes like beer, but there is NO buzz like effects, like beer. ;)

Well of course my inquisitive nature went on the hunt to find out. It is a low alcohol beer. Of course not enough to make anyone buzzed. But it does contain .05 alcohol. ;)

When we want non alcoholic beer, we get that sparkling water in the silver can.

Some call it Coors light.

Technically, it has less than 1/2% alcohol content. Which means yes, but it is negligible.

EDIT: I see you answered it already. I had typed it up and got distracted for a couple hours.

I just might do the ol' swig-and-spit! LOL!

Thanks guys! Actually, I only drink (*sigh*, drank) beer when it's about a thousand degrees, or I'm eating Chinese food. Just something about beer and Chinese food . . .
