Nominations charm? What is it?

OK, we are leaving for WDW next week and my DD's teacher rather than give us loads of homework to do while on vacation of all of the work that she would miss, simply asked that I find a "Nominations Charm" for a bracelet.

I think she said she saw it at EPCOT but since we won't be going there, I sincerely hope that it can be found at World of Disney.

Is there anyone out there that knows what this is, how much it is and where we can find it?

Are you sure she doesn't mean Illuminations?

Could she have asked for an "illuminations" charm? Illuminations is the night time fireworks and laser light show. Would bet that they have a charm for that. Ask at DTD store, sometimes they have merchandise from other parts of the parks.

Nominations is a brand name for italian charms. The charms can be found at the better jewelry locations all over WDW.

I didn't realize that Disney carried the Nomination charms. I just thought they had the Disney brand. My daughter has a Nomination charm bracelet and is really picky that the charms be 'Nomination" ones and not knockoffs. I can't imagine why a teacher would be asking for a Nomination charm from Epcot...I have to wonder if everyone is right and she meant an Illuminations charm. A true Nomination charm at the low end is at least $30 and they go up from there. I don't think a teacher would ask a student to buy one...

Disney has expensive ones in cases and inexpensive (I believe I paid $3-$4) on cards on a rack. You can get them on Main Street near the watches (on the right)

Thanks everyone for your responses, I will have to ask the teacher what exactly she is looking for. And just so that EVERYONE knows, she wants us to find the charm for her, she wants to pay for it, she is not expecting to receive it for a gift. It is just my daughter's "assignment" to locate it and find out how much it is.

I will certainly find out if she means an "Illuminations" charm from EPCOT or a certain Disney Character charm made by "Nominations"
