Nomad Lounge - Reservations?

Nomad Lounge is one of my favorite places in all of WDW. I love that you can basically walk up anytime, esp if you want to sit outside. For some reason, though, I believe this has changed since Covid. I’m coming back for my first trip in a couple years and would like to know—do you need reservations? If so, are they available online (a quick search shows no Nomad Lounge to search times)? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

They have a waitlist you can join via the app. I don’t believe you can just walk up right now.

I was there a couple of weeks ago. I know you can join the waitlist in person, it doesn't open until the restaurant opens at 11. I'm not sure about joining it on the app. since I was there around 10:45 and just waited in line. By 11 there was a line all the way out to where you turn off the main path toward Tiffins. I think if the wait list is available on the app. you have to be within a certain distance and it has to be after 11 to actually join it but again, not sure since I did it in person.

Thank you for the information. It sounds rather stressful these days! Maybe I will try the waitlist when I’m in range but be prepared to eat somewhere else if necessary!

No. They don’t take reservations, but as stated above they do have a waitlist you can join day of.

I don't think you can join on the app - unless something has changed really recently because we tried last visit. If you get in line around 10:30 you'll be in the first or maybe second seating, even on the porch.

We were there last week. We were going to join the waitlist, but were too close, so we just walked up. They had room so they seated us without a reservation or waitlist. YMMV depending how busy they are.

Good to know! I was there over Easter so may have been busier.
