Noise on deck five?

Hi guys,

My boyfriend booked us on the Wonder 4-night departing in late April (27, I think). Our cabin number is 5128.

I know the kid's club is on the fifth deck. Noise doesn't bother me, but will drive him insane, especially children's noise on our romantic getaway (yes, I know it's Disney, but just because we're kids at heart doesn't mean we want to be surrounded by them). We're in a category six. Should we try for another floor?

Thanks,
Kerry

5128 is well-removed from the Kids' Clubs. And you shouldn't hear anything from the Buena Vista Theatre. You're on a dead-end hallway, so you'll hear very little noise.

I asked the same questions for a few doors down and was assured that all will be quiet!

Deck 5 is my favorite deck...that is where we usually stay. We're typically either forward in a secret porthole room or aft in 5650, although we were in 5622 once (near the aft elevators). Even though it's the same deck as the kids clubs, you would never know it...they are far away from the staterooms, so you never get any noise from them. In my opinion, deck 5 is the best deck. I know many people prefer to be higher, but I like being as close as possible to the water, especially when I have a verandah.

Deck 5 is great! It is very convenient! We have stayed in 5018 and 5522! You'll love the location!

Thanks everyone, for your reassurances. I'm really looking forward to this trip and already thinking about a seven-day in the future.

Stayed in 5014 for the 7 day Eastern in Feb '01 & staying in the same room in Sept!!!

I wouldn't trade deck 5 for anything!!!
