Noise near Bus Stops?

We are planning on staying at POFQ and I want to request a rooom near the Bus Stop because my mom who will be going with us has knee problems and walking can be difficult so I figured if we are near a bus stop it would be easier for her. I am concerned however about the noise level with the buses coming and going. We stayed at a cabin at FT Wilderness last trip and though I could hear the buses at night it wasn't a disturbance can I expect the same at POFQ?

DW and I were in bldg 4 last May, which is right on top of the bus stop. The first time we walked to the bus stop I was truely shocked at how close it was. Not only was there no noise but due to plantings you couldn't even see the bus stop from the bldg.

I don't think it would be a problem at the moderates. It could be a problem at other resorts like AKL where there are rooms literally right up against the busstop.
