LL...I hope you feel better before the day is done!!! It's giving me flashbacks to my last trip when I woke up on DISNEY DAY feeling icky At least you have a couple days to get it under control...eat lots of drugs

Stace!!... welcome back girlfriend! We miss you when you're not around Sorry about the hours being cut at work...but they say everything happens for a reason....sometimes it takes a bit (and maybe another part-time job) to figure out what it is.

Katie... hope the Chiropracter fixed you today! I slept funny on my neck night before last and all day yesterday I couldn't turn my head and my right arm was numb down to my elbow ...plus i have LL's allergies too. Today i feel much better...not perfect, but not too bad. i slept in til 10 and that helped a lot.

C... what's going on with the DVC thing???? did you make an offer???

Jess...glad you had a great vacay! Sorry about the post vacay vet drama, but at least it all worked out! PM me the name/author of those Sookie books I'm intrigued! I know that it's been posted in the thread before, but it's like finding a needle in the haystack going back to find it now!!

Julez... Have fun at the party this weekend...I am so NOT a cool mom...no bouncy houses for any of our parties!! Although Kyle had a "Survivor" themed party and we had chocolate covered ants and cheese flavored pill worms as part of a "challange"... the boys thought eating bugs was very cool LOL!!! Can't wait to see the pics!

Did I miss anyone??? I don't think so... I didn't see any new updates from MM but hi MM!!

Here's what's up here....
Yep still loving my new job...got a little overwhelmed last night and got myself
a bit bent outta shape and upset. but I was tired (my 1st 3-11 shift), sore neck/arm, allergies PLUS i'm very seriously PMSing....BAD COMBO right there

I got Allison's summer practice schedule.... Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri 830-1 But at least she decided to drop TOPS (a conditioning program) which would have added another 2 hours on Sat. So much for my summer....I guess we'll be spending it at the gym

We are going to Cleveland for Memorial Day...we're taking the kids to an Indians game. I'm looking forward to getting outta town a bit. I work Sat/Sun...but we're going to leave Monday morning and come home Tuesday afternoon. It's not WDW like SOME people get to do...but it beats porchville

We had the girl's photoshoot this past weekend for their Dance recital (on May 31) Long day...but the girls look so cute all dressed up! Ellie is in 6 numbers and Allison is in 2....so I have quite a collection of costumes again this year. I'll be sure to post some pics after the recital. And we bought Kyle his laptop over the weekend (remember his payoff, since we cancelled his July WDW trip) so that's off my checklist now!


OH about MK ADR... def the Tony's GG..... we can go to CP ANYTIME. the GG event's you need 8+ people and I don't ever get to go with a big enough group to qualify to go!! This is my chance!!!


OK that's it...I HAVE been reading gals...honest....I just haven't been posting much.

I also vote for the GG...I think it sounds like a great idea and something most of us will only get to do once!

Hey P! The series is called the Southern Vampire Series, or you can just type in "Sookie Stackhouse" by Charlaine Harris. Hey if you want to, I have books 1-9 now, I can always send you the 1st 2 books to get you started if you're interested in reading them? I don't plan on getting rid of them anytime soon. I'm kind of OCD about the covers of books being bent, I think because Blake and I always try to sell our school books when we're done and we like to keep them in like new condition to get more money for them

LL, I hope they figure out what's wrong! No getting sick for Disney and no (or little!) last minute panicking! We want a nice and calm LL and Jen!

Well, Jess went to the doctor's today, FINALLY to see about getting diagnosed with Allergies. She was right! The guy I went to is my mom and dad's doctor too, SUCH a nice down to earth guy. He said "I see we broke our nose, the inside of your nose kinda goes like this (as he draws an S shape)" lovely I thought but he said "oh yes, you have allergies without a doubt!" so I got 2 nose drop sprays and a eye drop thingy. He said that the eye drops, 15% of patients get a burning sensation like getting soap in your eye for 30 seconds and some kind of Sinus Salt Water Blast pack? The name of it alone scares me a little
But hopefully this will do the trick!

I just slept for 4 hours. I went home early from work, I don't think anyone was too happy with me leaving early but I don't care. I felt horrible.

I don't know how I will sleep tonight but I will deal with that when the time comes.

Paula, I am watching a preview for that gymnastics show "Make it or Break it" Monday June 22nd @ 9PM on ABC Family. I think of you everytime I see it. ANYHOO, sounds like you have got some big things coming up. I can't wait to see pictures of the girls recitals!

Any word from the doctor LL? Hopefully between them and the sleep you can get all fixed up. I know it's hard, but just try not to let it get to you, stressing about it will only make you feel worse

Hey Gnomies!

Had an OK day today and a full shift at work so that's always a good thing. But I have decided I am officially giving up my credit card! All that stupid thing does is get me into trouble and I am sick of it! So there! I cut it up tonight! My mum got me a second card of hers so I have something if I have an emergency but that's that! What a weight off my shoulders! Now I just have to concentrate on saving and be done with it!

It was so nice to come on tonight and see everyone saying hi! Hi everyone! I miss this! Just this normalcy and friendliness and comraderie(sp?)

Since I have to go to the dentist tomorrow I have to take my first dose of valium tonight, so I'm starting to get a little sleepy. I just showed my mum (who is staying home to take care of me!) the video of "David After The Dentist" on YouTube to make myself look better! So I think I'll just lay on the couch and watch True Blood! WooHoo for Bill the Vampire!

Jess - I'm just starting to read the Sookie Stackhouse series now. I always figured (much like with Twilight), that it would be too much like other stories and I wouldn't like it. But then I watched the show and loved it so I figured I should start reading them. But I'm going through slowly, I'm only on book 2 which I figure they'll probably base season 2 on. How do you find them? How's life been for you guys? Sounds like you had an awesome trip! Oh and as for my vote for MK breakfast - I suppose my vote goes for Crystal Palace and Tony's! But either is fine with me!

LL - you go to the doctor young lady! That and load up on over-the-counter stuff to load up your Vera Bradley with and you'll be just fine! You will have a fantastic time I just know it! Disney will cure all your ails!

Paula - Hey!!! I'm glad to hear your new job is going well!! Sorry you had a rough day though...and thanks so much for your kind words. Sounds like you're gonna have a busy summer! I'm sure you'll have fun in Cleveland! I've always had a good time there (only been a couple times but still!)

Julez - How far into Illinois are you? Are you at all close to Indiana? My cousins there are only a couple of hours from Chicago and I'm heading back in July!

Katie - I hope your back is doing at least a little better soon. I know that must be super rough on you.

Jen - I'm glad you managed to get your packing done!

CP - How's your weather been lately. The last time I was on you were in a pretty rough spell! I always think of you when the US traveller's report comes on the weather network!

Oh LL I forgot to tell you too! I found out I have a little LL in my family too! When I was away in Indiana my cousins and I were all sitting around chatting and we got on to how most of us have the middle name Lynn. So I was going around counting and I left out my cousin Leslie (strange coincidence huh?!). So she pipes up "Hey! What about me?!" I didn't know her middle name started with L so now I call her LL after you!

Jess - I'm just starting to read the Sookie Stackhouse series now. I always figured (much like with Twilight), that it would be too much like other stories and I wouldn't like it. We have HBO here, but I can NOT seem to catch True Blood on there! I've tried to watch a few scenes here and there on youtube, but it's just not the same! I really really liked Sookie though! I can definitely see some similarities between Twilight, but you can get yourself attached to some of the characters in these books too. Like LL and I think CP said, I thought books 1 and 2 were kinda slow, but I loved book 3 and 4 and 5, 6 (Definitely Dead) wasn't really my favorite, but I really liked 7 and 8 too. And now I'm on her latest one that just came out. So all and all, a really good series! I read them kind of fast.
Like I told C and P though, if you'd like to borrow any of them, I can send them your way

Just wanted to say Hi! I've got to TRY to get some things accomplished today since we were gone most of the day Saturday, I was too lazy to do anything on sunday, my back hurt so bad Monday I accomplished very little and I worked yesterday. My back is better today (still sore, but not nearly as painful as it was. I'm SO ready to be over this!) so hopefully I'll be able to accomplish something!

Okay Gnomies I need your prayers...I got a call last night they hospitalized my mom with a blood clot in her juggular vein (I'm pretending I don't know how bad this could be), however they did catch it while it was stationary and as of right now everything seems okay. Mom made me promise I would go to Disney and have fun...she said she expects calls from me and LL telling her about the great time we are having...none the less my nerves are shot LOL!! But I'm still excited and I'm looking forward to this trip more and more!!!!

Other than that I updated my TR I know I know about time...going to work on another update (without pictures...we won't discuss the horror that is the lost flash drive with Disney pictures on it LOL) and I am packed LOL!! And I'm counting down the hours YAY!!!!!
