No YC availability?

i was trying to price a room at YC in June and there is no availability in any category. Is this typical, or what may be going on?

It is a conference resort so maybe there is a big conference then?

As the previous poster indicated it is a convention resort, plus the resort is scheduled to start a room refurbishment this month. Try shifting your start / end dates, or add a day or drop a day. Finally keep trying as room inventory changes.
