No Wishes fireworks party 1/1?

Accidentally went there looking for fastpasses (DERP) and realized there's no party scheduled on the first. I just checked the hours and supposedly the regular (not holiday) wishes is scheduled for 8.

Is there some special party for the first?

The event was announced but I don't believe it is open for reservations yet.

It's just weird that the entire rest of January is reservable. (Might be all sold out but it IS reservable! )

Thats normal because holidays are usually sold different than non holidays
