No Tutto Italia or Teppan Endo?

I called this morning to make my dining reservations, and I got everything except for Tutto Italia and Teppan Endo. The lady said it was because those resturants were not loaded into the system yet. We tried a variety of days and times. I was just wondering if anyone else has ran into this problem? All the rest of our 180 + 10 ressies were made with no problems...except for the My Girl Perfectly Princess Tea Party, which also seemed to be booked the day I tried to reserve (May 9), which I seriously doubt. I'll try back again on that one later.

Yes many people are running into this. LeCellier is another not in the system.

Check around the board I am sure you will find other threads about it.

We got an ADR for Tutto Italia this am for 5/14 with no problem. We are not on the dining plan so I'm not sure if that has something to do with it but you might try calling back and getting a different CM. The only thing we were not able to book yet because it had not been "loaded" was a Fantasmic package.

When I called to make my ADRs yesterday I was able to get every single one of them (including Le Cellier) for our May trip, except for Via Napoli, San Angel Inn, Spirit of Aloha, Kouzzina's, and the Fantasmic Dining package. According to the CM they said that it is because the restaurants have not been loaded into the system, she also said that they have been having some problems with the May ADRs. However, this morning I went online and was able to get ADRs for Via Napoli and San Angel Inn because today is our 180 days from when we are eating there (our second day in Disney). It seems that they are having problems with the 180+10 in their system because I also did a mock ADR for Spirit of Aloha today and was able to get one. So now I have to wait until Tuesday to do my Kouzzina's ADR and next Saturday to make my Spirit of Aloha ADR. The only one I know I will have to keep calling on every day is my Fantasmic Dining Package. Good luck.

Funny yesterday we also were able to get San Angel Inn and Spirit of Aloha by phone in our 180+10 window with no issues. It is really strange that some people are being told they can't book certain restaurants because they are not loaded while others have no problems on the very same day. The only consistent thing seems to be Fantasmic - haven't heard of anyone successfully booking this yet for May.

I wonder if this is due to the "system upgrades" scheduled for next week, and the fact that the 180 +10 is not working online right now.

I guess I got lucky this morning, I was able to book Kouzzina dinner for May 12th over the phone. (Today is my 180 day mark.)

On Nov. 2nd, I called in and got the following ADR's with no problem.

I had to give a CC# to hold the CRT and Akershus meals. Only charged if no show.

I wonder why some people are having problems with making reservations but not others. The only weird thing for me was that the guy tried to tell me that Via Napoli was a counter service restaurant.

I called back today and was able to add on Tutto Italia, Teppan Endo and the My Girl Perfectly Princess Tea party. Apparently, the deal is that since Tutto Italia and Teppan Endo have not yet signed their dining plan contracts for next year, and since we have the dining plan, the system automatically only searches for those resturants with dining plan availability. The CM said she had to manually uncheck the dining plan box to allow me to make those reservations, which she did with no problems. She said I'll have to double-check in January to make sure those resturants are on the dining plan (which I'm sure they will be). So, I am squared away now.

OK... I'm not typically a complainer... I swear... you can look up my past posts!

BUT... what is up with some restaurants not being loaded when the booking window has clearly opened?!?!?!? This drives me nuts!!! It's not like it was unanticipated that this info should be in the system by such-and-such date, right!?!? People know when contracts need to be signed, etc., etc., right?!?!

OK... I'm done venting.
